Order Clerk is a light weight Execution Managment System (EMS) that can be used to test Financial Information eXchange (FIX) sell side services. Order Clerk allows someone with no knowledge of FIX to be able to test a FIX order routing system. Orders can be entered, modified, and cancelled. All transaction data is displayed in human readable and trader frendly formats.

All information displayed in Order Clerk is presented in a human readable format. This way, the user does not need to know the FIX protocol.

Order Clerk can also be used to capture and display steaming FIX drop copies.  Often this will be called a "Notice of Execution" or NOE service. When connecting to an application that streams FIX messages (usually execution reports) to Order Clerk, the information will appear in all windows. When running in NOE mode, the application does not allow the creation of orders (ticket), or the modification and cancellation of orders.

Order Clerk supports FIX versions 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 for cash equities, futures, options on equities, and options on futures contracts.

The TCP/IP Test Server is a comprehensive testing tool that allows socket programmers to develop client side applications that open sockets and communicate with this server. The server allows the programmer to:

1. Specify multiple IP Addresses and Ports to listen upon.
2. Control the connection.
3. Send messages to a specific client connection.
4. View messages received from clients.
5. Log all messages received from clients.
6. Send files of test data at a user controlled rate of transmission.
7. Echo all messages back to the originating client.

FIX Scope is a program that is used to read Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol log files.

FIX Scope utilizes a single or multi-window environment to translate, view, correlate, and analyze trading system messages. FIX Scope reads the (FIX) log files, interprets these files and presents the information in an easily understandable format. This is accomplished by converting computer encoded information (tags and codes) into user configurable natural language equivalents, and by combining fields together to assist in understanding the transaction represented in the trading system transaction.

FIX Scope uses a searchable in memory database for the purposes of quickly access correlated order processing transactions.

FIX Scope collects statistics on the trading system transactions for trading counterparties. The statistics are displayed and allows users to see all, or sub sets of, the message traffic. Multiple drill down and menu options allow users to see the lowest level of detail in the individual message that represent the trading system transaction.

FIX Scope monitors one or more log files for new transaction data thereby keeping the user current on all financial transaction activity.

FIX Scope can export the human understandable transaction reports or correlations to files for use in other programs.
